DO YOU OFFER A BESPOKE SERVICE?

Yes we can offer some bespoke options. If there is something that you would like modified or in a different colour please contact us and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on bespoke items as we are unable to sell them again.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Each Hope & Grace product comes beautifully packaged in a Hope & Grace box that you can use to store your product after your wedding. To send your order out to you we carefully package it up in postal box so that it reaches you in perfect condition. Every Hope & Grace product comes with care instructions so that it will stay looking beautiful for a long time.
IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN SEE YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE I BUY?
We will be exhibiting at a small selection of wedding shows where you will be able to try on our accessories. Please visit our Events page for more details. If none of these events are convenient for you we do offer a full refund on any items so you can have the peace of mind that you can return an item if its not quite right. If you have any questions about any of the products please do not hestitate to contact us - we are always happy to help.
