CAN I RETURN IT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

We really hope that you love your Hope & Grace product but if for whatever reason it's not right just inform us in writing to info@hopeandgrace.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt and return it to us within 10 days unused and in the same packaging and we will refund your money less the postage. The only exception is bespoke products which we cannot accept returns on. For more information see our returns policy.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Once we have received your returned items we process your refund and payment will be credited to your bank account within 5 days of receipt of goods. If you paid by cheque we will post out a refund cheque on receipt of returned goods.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
All products are hand made and checked carefully for any defects before they are sent out so your Hope & Grace product should reach you in perfect condition. If something does happen in transit simply contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned and a replacement to be sent out.
